This was the view as I walked down Fillmore to the StFYC on Wednesday.
All was quiet on the docks when I arrived. Only one Class Rules question for the "National Officer."
Race 1, first leeward mark. From left to right, Out of Options, Zuni Bear, Short Skirt, Blue Max, Blackhawk, and Angry Beaver. Zuni was actually third at this mark with Nantucket Sleighride and Aquavit already around.

Irrational Again lived up to her name on several starts. This turned into a general recall.

And off they go ... wind quite strong by now.

Race 2, first leeward rounding with Nantucket coming hard against the SF skylline.
Race 2, second leeward. Nantucket in the lead followed by Zuni, Arbitrage, Good Timin' and Bella Rosa.
Nantucket is gone and that's Zuni rounding, with GT and Arbi in hot pursuit. Also close are Angry Beaver, Bold Forbes, Escapade and Wonder.

Race 2, second leeward. The three in the center are Nantucket Sleighride, Good Timin' and Zuni.
Jupiter leads this pack to the port gate. This was Zuni's downfall (far right).

Wind Dance had her best finish (2nd) in Race 2.

Friday belonged to Bold Forbes with double bullets. Nantucket, Charade, and Juxtapose seem to be the closest.

Blue Max had a furler failure, but still avoided a DFL sailing without her jib. Every boat finished every race.
Jabberwocky, Chchulainn, and Streaker start Race 5 on Saturday. This was grueling day for my cameras as well as this is the only keeper from the day.
Gear and crew got a workout on Saturday with the last boat finishing in just under five hours with three brutal windward legs up the cityfront.
