Class Scale Rental
This Model S-10 scale may be utilized by Class members and fleets to weigh their J/105s. It is a seven-day rental, and the $250 fee includes two-way shipping within the continental United States. If you are outside the continental US, please contact Chris first. Please reference the Racing link from the J/105 homepage to review the process of weighing and signing of weight certificates. (A late fee of $200 will be assessed if the scale is not shipped within the seven-day rental period.)

Headstay Measurement Template
This template allows you to measure around the furling drum so that you can mark your headstay once and from then on get accurate, repeatable measurements on your headstay length. The procedure for doing so is described here: procedures.
This template is made of 1/4 inch thick Color Core (plastic-like material). The size of the template is 16" by 23" and weighs only 8 oz. and can be stored easily under the cushions in the main cabin. There are important measurement numbers engraved on the template and a hole for lashing or hanging.
