By sending this form, you are declaring that your sails will be in conformance with Class Rules in Section 6 (Sails) and your boat weight will be in conformance with Weight Equalization Rule 7.3. Nevertheless, in accordance with Rule 4.3, sails, floatlines, and equipment can be inspected at any time during the regatta. Remember that only one suit of sails may be used during the entire regatta and the backup spinnaker and jib may be deployed only under very restricted circumstances (see Rule 6.2, Rule 6.3, and Rule Interpretation RI-03-03).
